We are delighted you have chosen to bring a piece of Indian heritage into your home. To ensure your handcrafted sculpture arrives safely and seamlessly, please review our shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing: Behind the Scenes
Each of our sculptures is carefully inspected, lovingly wrapped, and prepared for its journey to you. This process typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of your order.
Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, some pieces may be made to order, which can occasionally extend this processing time. We will keep you informed if this is the case.
Important: Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of placement. After this window, your piece enters our artisan logistics chain and cannot be recalled.
Shipping Costs: Transparent Pricing
We believe in clear and straightforward pricing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your sculpture.
- For orders under $999: A flat shipping fee of $200 applies.
- For orders of $999 and above: Shipping is calculated based on the actual weight and dimensions of your package, often resulting in significant savings.
How Your Art Travels: Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted global and domestic carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, and local specialists) to ensure your artwork is handled with care. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
While we meticulously package and dispatch your order, please note that transit times once it is with the carrier are estimates and beyond our direct control. We will, however, do everything we can to assist if your shipment encounters unexpected delays.
Where We Deliver: Global Reach
We currently ship across India and to a growing list of international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@karigirifromindia.com, and we will explore possible solutions for you.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping service selected. Generally, you can expect:
- Within India: 5-10 business days after shipment.
- International: 10-20 business days after shipment.
These are estimates. Delays due to weather, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances can occur.
Your Responsibility: Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you’ve made an error, contact us immediately at info@karigirifromindia.com (within the 4-hour cancellation window).
If Something Goes Wrong: Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or estimated delivery date for lost packages) at info@karigirifromindia.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work promptly with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Delivery Charges will be calculated at the checkout page based on the product weight and delivery location.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable Custom Clearance, local duties and/or sales tax.
